Some important information about your hotel.

What you should know:

• Resort guests (excluding those staying in the Cottages) will be responsible for paying the mandatory daily resort fee of $22 plus tax (per room) for 2012 travel dates or $24 plus tax (per room) for 2013 travel dates, directly to the Resort at the time of check-in.The fee includes valet parking, local & 800 calls, wireless internet, shuttle to the beach, and access to all the amenities on the property.Guests staying in the Cottages will be responsible for paying the mandatory Resort/Club Usage fee as follows, based on the length of stay: 6-7 nights $140 plus tax (per cottage); 8+ nights $160 plus tax, plus an additional $22 plus tax per night (per cottage) for each night over 8 nights.This fee includes local calls, long distance access including 800 numbers, credit card and collect calls, high speed cable and Wi-Fi internet access in cottages and public areas. Parking, access to resort facilities which includes fitness center, pool area, tennis courts and spa (additional charges apply for tennis courts and spa services), this also includes the shuttle service to the beach with chairs and towels.In addition to the above mentioned fees, Cottage guests will also be responsible for the mandatory Departure Cleaning Fee of $150 plus tax per cottage.All fees are payable directly to the Resort at time of check-in.
