The property is 18 miles from the Kahului Airport, located on Wailea Beach and within the internationally acclaimed destination resort community of Wailea,

There is 24-hour gated security, two stunning swimming pools with one serving as adults only, two Jacuzzis, 20 private elevators, fitness facility, activity room, and a business center. On property service include: bellmen/valet, concierge, 24-hour front desk reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and pool attendants.

The Wailea Beach Villas offers discerning travelers the privacy and comfort of spacious residential condominiums with private lanais that include built-in barbeques. All of the units have state-of-the-art kitchens that feature modern appliances and granite counters. All units offer central air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Ground floor Villa units offer private plunge pools and outdoor showers off the master bedroom. Many residences offer spectacular ocean views while the grounds are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. All residences offer the finest in furnishings and luxurious linens and bathroom amenities.

This property has special check in procedures. Key pick up and registration is located at the satellite front desk at the Wailea Gateway Shopping Center, Suite A102 at the opposite end of the Pita Paradise building. Check in time for all condominiums is 3pm, guests can pick up keys and register at this office between 8am and 9pm. Guests arriving between 9pm and 8am can check in with the security office at Wailea Beach Villas, located at 3800 Wailea Alanui Drive (first entrance on your right after the Shops at Wailea).
