The non-smoking Kendall Hotel in Boston offers 73 guest rooms and four luxury, one-bedroom suites decorated in a classic American decor with reproduction furniture and luxurious bedding and bath amenities. Its rooms are inviting, spacious, and decorated to bring comfort to its guests.

Each guest room is unique in design but all have a bathroom with a separate shower and tub, individual climate control for heating and air conditioning, and windows that open.

Included in all room rates are some of the most comfortable beds in Boston and a full American breakfast buffet featuring homemade scones, muffins, bagels, homemade granola, and yogurt, as well as hot breakfast items including scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon as well as items that change regularly. Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and assorted juices are also included. High-speed internet access is included with all room rates and is available in all rooms and the lobby. Local and toll-free phone calls are also included. Free use of the nearby health club (FITCORP) join us from 5-6pm in its Rooftop Retreat for a hosted reception Monday through Thursday evenings. All room rates include local and toll-free phone calls and the hosted wine hour.

All room rates are based on single to double occupancy. Children 12 and younger are free. For those older than 12, a $25 per night charge will be added to your bill at check-in for the third or fourth person. A maximum of two guests is allowed in a standard queen room. A maximum of four guests is allowed in a deluxe king or deluxe double room and in its suites. The registered guest must be at least 21 years of age. Rates are based on availability and subject to change until the time of booking. All room rates do not include government taxes (currently at 14.45 percent per night) and fee ($10.95 per night), subject to change until check-in.
