Located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, Eventi Hotel - A Kimpton Hotel, a luxury full-service hotel occupies an entire city block between West 29th and 30th Streets.
The hotel is a glass-exterior mixed-use tower, facing Sixth Avenue. The building includes a block-through open outdoor plaza with water features and public seating. The hotel features a 20-foot wide outdoor multi-media screen within the plaza for both public and private entertainment events. The design features 287 guest rooms and some suites with outdoor terraces overlooking the plaza. This exciting new hotel also includes a multi-level bar and restaurant of approximately 15,000 square feet, plus outdoor seating in the plaza. Some distinguishing factors include 8,000 square feet of high-quality meeting space, a 1,400 square foot gym and separate spa with three treatment rooms. 270 luxury apartments top off the tower. Column McCartan has designed the interiors, and the restaurants are operated by China Grill Management.
