Beachfront on secluded Maluaka Beach (Turtle Town) is the Makena Beach and Golf Resort. The resort is 19 miles from Kahului Airport (OGG) and offers many options for the Maui traveler. Romantic and peaceful, and also family friendly; Makena Beach and Golf Resort is the perfect piece of paradise.
Resort offers exclusive beach access to a world class snorkel beach, nearby 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course and Tennis Club. Dining options include American cuisine at Molokini Bar and Grille, popular for its weekly theme specials, expansive dinner buffets, and monthly wine pairing dinners. The resort offers complimentary on-call shuttle service to The Shops at Wailea and surrounding areas. Additional amenities include two swimming pools, valet/self parking, fitness center, complimentary local calls, and lobby computers with printers. The full service Makena Kai spa offers a variety of beachfront treatments.
All guest rooms feature furnished private lanais. The guest rooms include compact refrigerators, two complimentary bottles water upon arrival, coffeemakers with coffee and tea, light up make-up mirrors, flat screen TVs, complimentary high speed Internet access, Tommy Bahama bath amenities, bath robes, nightly turn down service (upon request), and in room safes. ADA compliant rooms are available upon request.All guests enjoy daily free self-parking, wireless internet connection in room and in public areas, with No Resort Fee.
Latest guest rooms re-model was completed in December 2011. All rooms are equipped with lanai screen doors, air conditioning, desk with chair, full closet and dresser. Most standard guest rooms are approx. 410 sq. ft. of interior space with approx. 100 sq. ft. lanai. Suites are up to 1000 sq. ft. of interior space and have 2 bathrooms.
