What you should know:- Magical Memories office hours are 8am to 8pm. For guests arriving after-hours, please contact Magical Memories for after-hours check-in procedures. Check in begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
A departing cleaning fee is payable directly to the property upon check in; $55 plus tax for 1 Bedroom, $65 plus tax for 2 Bedroom, $80 plus tax for 3 Bedroom, and $90 plus tax for 4 Bedroom.

Located just minutes outside of the Walt Disney World® theme park gates, each Magical Memories villa or home is ideally located near restaurants, entertainment, shopping & golf. Also nearby are Universal® Orlando, SeaWorld, and Wet n Wild. The vacation villas offer the convenience of a resort location with all the advantages of a private home. Fully-equipped kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and a master bedroom make staying in a resort villa perfect for friends and families wanting to be under the same roof. Relax around the pool, get ambitious in the fitness center or just kick back and watch a movie with the family. Resort villas give you the space and privacy needed to really enjoy your time away from the adventures of Orlando. The vacation town homes offer everything you get in a villa with a little more room, more privacy and more amenities. Many of the vacation homes come with a private pool or jacuzzi, in addition to all of the resort amenities. Resort communities offering town homes have all you would expect- a resort pool, fitness center, game room and children's play areas are just some of the many amenities offered to guests. All located in gated communities within minutes of Orlando’s attractions, amazing shopping and scrumptious dining. Vacation homes are a step up from a villa, but leaps and bounds above a standard hotel room. The villas and homes are setup with a starter package of supplies; guests are responsible to replenish any additional supplies needed throughout their stay. A departing cleaning fee is due to Magical Memories upon check-in. Magical Memories is unable to permit the parking of following types of vehicles; Buses, RVs, Trailers and Boats.
