The Floridian Hotel and Suites is beginning a renovation Nov 2012. This renovation will include getting a new roof, re-tiling the bathrooms, installing new flat-screen TVs, replacing the queen beds, new pool furniture and resurfacing the parking lot. All of these changes are being made to continue providing guests with quality product and service. The renovation is due to be completed in April 2013.
