THE CAFE
Located in the lobby of THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, the cafe, embraces the modern architecture, contemporary design and comfortable surrondings fourn throughout THEhotel. The restaurant features a flavorful lmenu and a variety of upscale dinner entrees. The spa portion of the menu highlights alternatives that are lower in fat and calories. Breakfast is served all day.
MIX
Soaring high into the sky atop THEhotel at Mandalay Bay is Mix in Las Vegas, a perfect combination of culinary art, cutting-edge interior design, ambiance and astounding vistas of Las Vegas Strip. Mix marks the debut of world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse in Las Vegas. The restaurant features contemporary and classic French and American dishes with global accents, as well as signature dishes from Alain Ducasse's restaurants in Paris and Monte Carlo. Guest dine in the glow of a custom-designed 24-foot chandelier of 15,000 hand-blown glass spheres custom-made in Murano, Italy. Alfresco seating is available on the terrace, with open-air from 400 feet above the neon desert.
Raffles Cafe
Raffles Cafe is an upscale 24-hour resort cafe that offers a wide range of dishes from fluffy Spanish omelets to Prime Rib and delectably decadent desserts. Raffles Cafe is conveniently located between the hotel lobby and casino floor. Large windows offer diners a view of Mandalay Bay's lush tropical gardens and pools. Raffles is the perfect place for a leisurely breakfast, a lunchtime meeting or a late-night dinner
