This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately eight miles from the Rose Bowl and 35 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport. It's 20 miles from Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios, 25 miles from Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, and 35 miles from Disneyland.

The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply.
