Bin 36 is open for breakfast lunch and dinner daily and features contemporary american cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and wine pairing. In the evenings guests may dine in either the more casual tavern dining room or the intimate cellar. The 50 selection cheese menu is available throughout as well as daily specials.

The Market offers wine and wine related products for retail sale. The Tavern serves wine and a casual menu of appetizers and entrees including pizzas and hummus. The Cellar offers more formal atmosphere and an American Contemporary cuisine, degustation menu with wine pairings. The cheese bar has over 50 artisan cheese choices, communal tables, and 12 bar seats
