The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa, offers relaxation and renewal for weary travelers. Known throughout the world as 'The First Lady of Waikiki,' the legendary resort combines turn-of the-century Victorian elegance with modern Westin amenities and luxuries. Built in 1901, the resort is an oceanfront oasis located in the heart of Waikiki offering replenishment at the only ocean front spa in Waikiki, gourmet cuisine at The Beachhouse at the Moana, and with in walking distance of superb shopping, nightlife and attractions. Honolulu International Airport is nine miles away.
This beachfront resort offers an outdoor ocean front pool with poolside service, dedicated beach area for hotel guests, and Aloha Beach Services. The Moana Lani Spa, a Heavenly Spa, offers a variety of spa and beauty treatments. Additional amenities include a fresh flower lei greeting and welcome drink upon arrival, concierge, the Westin Workout fitness center, business center, children's programs, daily Hawaiian entertainment, fitness classes, luggage service, and boutique shops.

A relaxing and refined experience - From breakfast to lunch and afternoon tea on the veranda at the beachhouse is a delightful island tradition. Refresh your senses while ensconced in the elegance of classic Victorian architecture, shaded under the canopy of a historic banyan tree with the sound of ocean waves lapping aside you on the shores of Waikiki. Breakfast: 6:00am - 11:00am, Afternoon Tea: 12pm - 3:00 pm, Lunch: 12pm - 3:00 pm.

bin1901 is a piano bar that offers an intimate setting that where guests may enjoy eclectic wines, hand crafted cocktails that use ingredients from our own garden, to international beer selections, and exotic sake. Small plates and desserts are inspired from our award-winning beachhouse at the moana restaurant. Located in the historic wing of the hotel near the grand staircase Bin1901 is the perfect start or finish to a memorable evening.

Beachhouse at the moana opened its doors November 2007 at Waikiki’s most iconic address, the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa. The ambiance is tranquil and relaxing, evoking appreciation for life’s delights and impeccable culinary classics amidst the backdrop of the Moana’s lovely turn-of-the-century architecture. The finest quality steaks, fresh seafood and vibrant island-inspired cuisine utilize the freshest local ingredients. An international wine list compliments the restaurant’s steak and seafood menu, with over 20 wines by the glass, including a private beachhouse label cabernet sauvignon.
