The Rimrock Resort Hotel features 346 rooms, including 21 suites, tastefully appointed in dark woods and boldly coloured fabrics that elegantly contrast with the natural beauty of the surrounding wilderness. All guest rooms feature cable television with in room movies and video games, in room temperature controls, two telephones, designated workspace, wireless high speed internet access with surcharge, radio, in room tea and coffee, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. Wheel-chair accessible rooms are available. Turndown service with chocolates and plush terry robes is available for GrandView guests and selected Suites. The Rimrock Resort Hotel offers guests complimentary access to Banff's Public Transit, Concierge services for specific individual needs, Rimrock Cafe, full service Rimrock Spa, fitness facility, and on site boutiques. Other services include laundry service, babysitting, valet parking, and ski storage. Complimentary Ski Connector: For guests heading the ski hills concierge provides a complimentary ski connector service between the hotel and the downtown ski buses.
