Set on 500 acres, the resort includes a 40,000-square-foot spa, an 18-hole championship golf course, Ritz Kids Club, 11 dining options and poolside cabanas with personal concierge service. This resort provides complimentary shuttle transportation to Walt Disney World theme parks, SeaWorld, and Universal theme parks. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance. The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes features 582 exception guest rooms, all with private balconies offering beautiful views of the gardens, lakes, or golf course. Each room features wireless Internet, multi-line telephones with voicemail, 32-inch HD LCD TVs, iPod dock, in-room safe, and twice-daily maid service. Bathroom amenities include marble vanities with two sinks, separate bathtub and shower, lighted makeup mirror, European toiletries, plush terry robes and slippers, hair dryer and scale. This property a smoke-free policy that applies to guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public space and associate work areas. To accommodate the needs of smoking guests, hotels will have designated smoking areas outside of the property. This property is pet-friendly. Only cats or dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and is limited to one pet per room. There is a one-time $250 cleaning fee per room. Non-service animals are prohibited from the spa, restaurant, and pool areas. Self parking fee is $18 per day (plus tax) and Valet parking fee is $24 per day (plus tax)
