Restaurant Quarre
With its spectacular view to the Brandenburg Gate, the chef presents a modern cuisine where fresh regional produce is enhanced with native and exotic herbs, natural spices and fine oils. An elegant Mediterranean-style restaurant where guests will be served to a wide array of sophisticated, enticing dishes. Breakfast will be also served and will be charged with EUR 39,00 per person/day until January 1st, 2013. As of January 2nd 2013, it will be charged with EUR 42,00 per person/day.
Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer
''Exciting, expressive, European-inspired cuisine'' - that's the motto of Hendrik Otto. The chef de cuisine of the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer has made it his mission to surprise and delight the eyes and palates of the Lorenz Adlon's discerning guests. Inspired by the varied influences and finest traditions of European cuisine, Otto masterfully creates dazzling interpretations of classic haute cuisine. Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 10:30pm.
Uma
A modern interpretation of the Japanese cuisine in association with regional products. Dishes such as sashimi, salads, yaki, soba noodles, fresh fish and seafood combined with house-made sauces and marinades are destined for this unique tasting experience. The Uma stands for a genuine enjoyment of life and palatal pleasures. The small but of superior quality of wines, focuses mainly on German wines and was specifically tailored to complement the flavors of the cuisine.
Felix Club Restaurant
This is the international hot spot of Germany's club scene located right in the heart of Berlin. Felix stands for a unique restaurant concept, the resulting combination of eating and drinking as well as music, fun and partying creates an exclusive and authentic atmosphere, which is hard to find among international clubs. Mediterranean cuisine with a southern French focus is served. A combination of the best seasonal ingredients and the culinary influences of the Cuisine Niçoise. In a casual and relaxed atmosphere, guests can experience exquisite delicacies, whether centered or separated at the "table de famille" for up to 14 people, and start the night through direct access straight into the partying crowd of the neighboured FELIX Club Restaurant afterwards.
Lobby Lounge and Bar
With a laid-back, lively ambience it invites guests to listen to the quiet splashing sounds of the elephant fountain or the soothing tinkle of the piano on the Bel Etage while idly sipping a cup of aromatic coffee or a glass of sparkling champagne. Take some time to relax and pick your choice from the array of selected coffee or tea specialties, cocktails, tasty snacks and tempting treats from the patisserie.
Smokers Lounge
A smoke-free indoor climate is necessary to create pleasant and comfortable conditions in restaurants and all public areas. As of January 1, 2008 indoor-smoking has been banned in all public places in Germany and is thus no longer permitted in the public areas of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski. However, smokers are always welcome to indulge in their habit in the Smoker's Lounge.
Shochu Bar
In here the 'Japanese bartending' is celebrated at the highest level. Implemented by a bar specialist and his team, this concept follows Japanese philosophy and the Japanese way of life and is poised on the crossroads of tradition and modern trend, as ever so present in Japan. The menu is divided into two categories: Under the section 'Emergence' it offers classic recipes from over 200 years of cocktail history. The 'Teachings' section provides exclusive creations.
