The Surf & Sand Resort is a beachfront, luxury hotel, located 20 miles from the Orange County Airport and 40 minutes from the Magic Kingdom.

Attractive guest rooms, with bleached wood furniture and plantation shutters, are carefully detailed, non smoking and ADA approved rooms are available. The hotel features a sea view outdoor swimming pool and hydrospa with a glass screened sundeck with bar and food service. The hotel offers 500 feet of warm clean sand and cool blue surf with umbrellas, towels, and chairs provided on a complimentary basis.

At Surf & Sand they have a simple mission: treat each and every guest as life long friends. They look forward to getting to know you. The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. Please note that there is a daily resort fee of $15/night. This fee will include: daily turn down service, complimentary internet, daily newspaper, fitness center access, local calls, fax service, and use of guest computers in Pacific Perk.
