What you should know:- The $9.95 Nightly Resort Fee includes the following resort services: WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes and Boarding Pass Printing.
Pet Policy: A $75 refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate $80 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Two pets (cats and/or dogs) are allowed with total combined weight not to exceed 50 lbs. There are breed limitations. Registered service animals are not subject to Hotel Providers pet policy and are not subject to any security deposit for their animal. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pet and for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pets. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Hotel Provider, its employees and its respective affiliates, harmless from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pets.
- Cancellations or Modifications, unless otherwise stated, must be made 72-hours prior to arrival by 4pm hotel time in order to avoid a one-nights room rate and applicable taxes penalty payment. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within your cancellation window. If No Show occurs, you will be charged for one nights room rate plus applicable taxes. Reservations are not transferable, and reservation name changes are not permitted.

This mountain hideaway covers about 70 acres next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest, in the quiet community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest, this earthy getaway offers a range of activities include white water rafting, nature hiking, tennis, golf, seasonal skiing, and antique shopping. At the Smoky Mountain Westgate Resort, guests can enjoy the extensive on-site water park, Wild Bear Falls (additional charges apply). Resort services include concierge, business center, Express Check-In/Out, small fitness center, free parking, outdoor pool, and Jacuzzi. The Westgate Deli is located onsite and will provide guests with the basic groceries.
Every beautiful rustic log cabin features mountainside or creek side views, garden spa tubs, washers and dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and fully equipped kitchens.
Westgates Serenity Spa offers a full day spa menu of relaxing services such as facials, massages, body treatments, waxing and nails.

Ideally located on the second floor of the Wild Bear Falls water park complex, Roaring Fork Snack Bar is a classic fast-food All-American grill that serves hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches and freshly prepared salads.
Smokehouse Grill
Enjoy award-winning barbecue at the casual Smokehouse Grill, which serves breakfast and dinner daily (seasonal). The diverse menu at the Smokehouse Grill includes St. Louis BBQ ribs, smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, steaks, pasta, seafood, burgers, sandwiches and salads. A childrens menu is also available. The Smokehouse Grill has added a new Cabin Delivery Menu that is available daily. Its time to chill out, mountain style, at the all-new Smoky Mountain Ice Cream Shop! Indulge with a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream and toppings in a cone, a cup or blend it up in a shake. Youll also find an assortment of ice cream bars, soda, water, chips and other snacks. Stop on by the coolest new addition to Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa, located in the Activities Area just North of the Lodge, and open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
