Ulu Ocean Grill
The restaurant showcases a stylish blend of Hawaiian architecture and modern flair - a lively, informal setting where guests are inspired, surprised and delighted by Hawaii's natural beauty, as well as the flavours of the Pacific.
Casual, friendly and knowledgeable servers guide guests through a social dining experience, highlighting an innovative ocean-to-table menu with playful tableside presentation. Cuisine is oven roasted, flame grilled and wok fired, and signature dishes include Oven Roasted Whole Fish, Lobster Wonton Soup and Tableside Ahi Poke. An extensive wine list including a special selection of boutique wines is also available.
Some 75% of the restaurant's menu features ingredients fresh from the ocean and local farms.
Ulu Sushi Lounge
Serves daily for dinner. A modern sushi lounge and 10-seat ocean view bar feature the Island's freshest sushi as well as craft cocktails, sake and Japanese beers. Signature dishes include Fire and Ice Crab Roll, Crunchy Shrimp Roll and Kampachi Sashimi. Pair these with a signature craft cocktail such as the Kona Kaffir, a cocktail made entirely from ingredients harvested within 100 miles of the Resort.
Hualalai Grill
Serves dinner Wednesdays to Mondays. An American steakhouse with local flair, Hualalai Grille offers steakhouse classics like Prime steaks, Kurobuta pork and local fish and chicken, with twists on traditional sides. Set above the 18th green of the famed Hualalai Golf Course, Hualalai Grille evokes a contemporary club feel, with dark woods and magnificent golf course and ocean views.
