The hotel's restored lobby and Toujouse Bar area reflect a European-style hotel decorated in black, white, grey and green palettes, JANUS et Cie furniture, and Calacatta marble. The historic Toujouse Bar, dates back to 1888. The hallmark of The Tremont House is the elegant and gracious hospitality which is apparent at every turn, from the sun-dappled, four-story atrium lobby with its imposing Toujouse Bar, to the handsome meeting facilities and elegant ballrooms. The hotel's Tremont Cafe features Starbucks coffee, pastries, a pizza oven, gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts. The Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as provide items for room service. The cafe features 42-inch plasma televisions, Internet booths, complimentary Wi-Fi and printing capabilities. The Tremont House is home to The Rooftop Bar, Galveston's only open air rooftop venue. This sophisticated bar offers a relaxing retreat to watch the sunset and ships from around the world dock at Galveston's port. The Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as provide items for room service. The cafe also features 42-inch plasma televisions, Internet booths, complimentary Wi-Fi and printing capabilities. The dinner menu at the Tremont Cafe offers a wide variety of options including brick oven specialties, lasagna, beef pot roast, Tremont crab cakes, jumbo barbecue shrimp and jambalaya.

TOUJOUSE ROOFTOP BAR
The historically-significant 1888 Toujouse Bar, crafted of mahogany, is nestled among the palms in the airy atrium, and provides a perfect spot for sipping cocktails or afternoon tea. The hotel unveiled look for The Rooftop Bar in 2011 and now offers a new sophisticated, modern lounge atmosphere. The bar is located four stories above street level on the hotel's roof and offering a spectacular view of Galveston's historic downtown and harbor. The bar's traditional wrought iron seating has been replaced with cozy sectional seating areas and bar high tables and chairs. In the evenings, the rooftop takes on a soft glow with illuminated pots and eight-foot, lighted Manzanita tree.
