Across the street from Philadelphia's iconic Liberty Bell will be the Hotel Monaco. Built in 1906, the historic Lafayette building will be renovated and refurbished in the prestigious Old City section of Center City. The new Hotel Monaco Philadelphia will feature Red Owl Tavern, a 125-seat chef-driven restaurant and bar and a spacious rooftop bar overlooking Independence Park.

268 luxurious guestrooms will include 17 suites and 18 King Spa rooms. There is 11,318 square feet of meeting space with an additional 2,000 square feet of prefunction space, including a 3,237 square foot ballroom with windows facing Independence Square. Hotel Monaco Philadelphia will be the 10th Hotel Monaco in the Kimpton collection.
