The Capitol, K Street, Penn Quarter, Chinatown, Judiciary Square and Gallery Place are right outside your door. As our guest, you will have access to all our community amenities. Amenities include state-of-the-art fitness centers, two rooftop swimming pools, and club room. Modern finishes like wood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, are just some of the luxury appointments in our spacious condo. Our condo is fully furnished, to include cookware, dishes, towels, linens, and large screen TVs with DVD players and a business computer, complimentary parking pass, free local and long distance CONUS phone service, and free wireless internet service.

Whether you are coming to D.C. for work or play, our condo is available for all your travel needs. We are conveniently located within walking distance of D.C. premier shopping and dining centers. Recreational parks, bike and walking trails are awaiting you just outside your Condos front door! All of our locations are within a short walk to multiple D.C. Metro train stations. Being in the heart of DC, you will have easy access to the National Mall, Smithsonian, monuments, US Capitol, business and government office locations, as well as dining and entertainment centers. If credit card is not validated by noon of arrival date, reservation will be canceled. Housekeeping services are conducted on a weekly basis.
