Some important information about your hotel.

What you should know:

• Photos shown are only examples of vacation properties in various communities. Actual homes will vary in layout, furnishings and communities, since all are privately owned.

  Please contact Starmark at 866 254 0088 between 9 am and 6 pm EST to register and to receive special check in instructions for the property. Failure to contact Starmark prior to arrival can result in the guest having issues upon check in. This must be completed 1 week prior to your arrival. You will be provided a lock box code, property address, and additional incidentals such as the cleaning fee (if applicable), and property protection coverage. Check-in/Out Process is handled by phone and e-mail and will be explained during registration.

  Check-in is from 4:00PM onwards, check-out no later than 10:00AM. Early check in and late checkout is available for request at an additional charge and is subject to the properties availability.

  All Reservations will incur a mandatory, non-refundable proeprty protection fee of $50. Property Protection Coverage is provided to safe guard the guest against accidental damages in the home up to $500 and does not apply to malicious or intentional damage to the property and its contents. Fees must be paid directly to property during registration prior to obtaining address, and lock box information.

  Reservations of 6 nights or less will incur a mandatory one-time cleaning fee. Cleaning Fees are as follows: 2bdr Condo $70.00 + 13% tax; 3bdr Condo or home $70.00 + 13% tax; 4bdr Condo or Home $85.00 + 13% tax; 5bdr Home $105.00 + 13% tax. Fees must be paid directly to the property during registration prior to obtaining address and lock information.
