Some important information about your hotel.
What you should know:- Photos shown are only examples of vacation properties in various communities. Actual homes will vary in layout, furnishings and communities, since all are privately owned.
Please contact Starmark at 866 254 0088 between 9 am and 6 pm EST to register and to receive special check in instructions for the property. Failure to contact Starmark prior to arrival can result in the guest having issues upon check in. This must be completed 1 week prior to your arrival. You will be provided a lock box code, property address, and additional incidentals such as the cleaning fee (if applicable), and property protection coverage. Check-in/Out Process is handled by phone and e-mail and will be explained during registration.
Check-in is from 4:00PM onwards, check-out no later than 10:00AM. Early check in and late checkout is available for request at an additional charge and is subject to the properties availability.
All Reservations will incur a mandatory, non-refundable proeprty protection fee of $50. Property Protection Coverage is provided to safe guard the guest against accidental damages in the home up to $500 and does not apply to malicious or intentional damage to the property and its contents. Fees must be paid directly to property during registration prior to obtaining address, and lock box information.
Reservations of 6 nights or less will incur a mandatory one-time cleaning fee. Cleaning Fees are as follows: 2bdr Condo $70.00 + 13% tax; 3bdr Condo or home $70.00 + 13% tax; 4bdr Condo or Home $85.00 + 13% tax; 5bdr Home $105.00 + 13% tax. Fees must be paid directly to the property during registration prior to obtaining address and lock information.

Units vary in size, from 3-6 bedrooms, and have with high speed Internet and game rooms in select properties. The homes are located in various residential-style communities, throughout a 10 to 20 mile radius of the Disney Attractions and Theme Parks. Additional in house or community amenities are based on the location, with some offering gated access and clubhouse facilities. Additional amenities such as barbeque grills, rollaway beds, and infant necessities (cribs, highchair, and stroller) are available upon request, for an additional charge.
Pets are not permitted in the residences.
Platinum Star Homes: Feature: Private, screened-in Pool with Spa (pool heat optional), Large Living Area, Formal Dining Area, Upgraded Furniture, Decor, & Appliances, King-Size Master Suite + TV, Sleeper Sofa, 42 inch TV with Cable and DVD Player, High Speed Internet - WiFi, Game Room in the garage, In Gated Communities with Resort-Style Amenities, Including: Fitness Center, Business Center, & HD Movie Theatre BBQ Grill, and 15 Miles or less from Disney.
Gold Star Homes: Feature: Private, screened-in Pool with Spa (pool heat optional), Larger Living Area, Formal Dining Area, King-Size Master Suite + TV, 32 inch TV with Cable and DVD Player, TV's in all the bedrooms, High Speed Internet wifi or wired, Game Room in Garage or Two-Car Garage, Gated Communities Available, and Within 20 miles of Disney.
Silver Star Homes: Feature: Private, screened-in Pool (heating optional), Fully-Equipped Kitchen, 27 inch TV with Cable and DVD Player in the family room, King or Queen Bed in Master Suite + TV, High Speed Internet wired (not guaranteed in Silver Star properties), Two-Car Garage, and 15 Miles or More from Disney.
