What you should know:- Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Please check-in at the front desk. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced. Limit applies to all ages including infants. Check-in is located at the Royal Kuhio at 2240 Kuhio Ave, just three blocks from the resort. USD 50.00 refundable deposit required at check-in. Credit card or cash.
- USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units.
The Fairway Villa Association Of Apartment Owners (AOAO) has scheduled the 29th floor pool deck resurfacing from 3/18/13 to 3/22/13 . Portions of the pool deck will be closed when necessary. Work hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and noise will not be a factor. The pool will be intermittently closed.
