What you should know:

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out 11am. When registering, guests will be asked for a deposit of 1,000 pesos a day for the suite and 500 pesos a day for the room. The deposit can be made in Mexican pesos or dollars using the daily exchange rate or by pre-authorizing a cc voucher. Min. age at check-in is 25. Late checkout fee- USD 100.00 per hour after checkout time. Dirty kitchen- USD 75.00. Guests who smoke in villas will be penalized with the cost of one night.
