Morimoto Waikiki
A stylish dining environment, the Morimoto Waikiki Restaurant offers a contemporary Japanese menu, infusing traditional dishes with Western ingredients and preparation. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Morimoto Waikiki offers something for every taste. Chef Masaharu Morimoto, the star of Iron Chef and Iron Chef America, created a menu with a wide array of culinary choices, including a seasonal selection of raw fish preparations, featuring the best seafood that Japanese and Hawaiian waters offer, as well as locally grown fruits and vegetables. The Bar at Sunrise Pool is a casual outdoor restaurant. Strewn with barstools, picnic tables and hanging lanterns, this space is a relaxed and welcoming retreat offering a full bar menu with signature cocktails, lunch, dinner and late night dining.
The garden adjacent to Sunrise Pool is the serene setting for the luxurious, poolside Breakfast at Sunrise, served from 7:00AM-10:00AM. Signature menu creations include homemade Corned Beef Hash served with Two Poached Eggs, Home Fries, and Whole-Grain Mustard Hollandaise; Kalua Pork Breakfast Burrito; Molokai Sweet Bread French Toast with Toasted Coconut and Maple Syrup; and a Banana-Macadamia Nut Waffle topped with Caramelized Bananas and Chantilly Cream.
