What you should know:- *Please note, this property charges a $19 daily resort fee which is collected at time of check-in. This includes daily access to the hotels water park up to 4 people, parking, shuttle to theme parks with the exception of Disney, WIFI in guestroom and public areas, use of the hotels business center to include printing privileges, Kids play room, Kids Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights, use of the hotels fitness center and more.
**Beginning November 2 to February 10 CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort will have a Seasonal Resort Fee of $9.00/night ($10 Savings!). This fee is mandatory, per room, per night and covers: Parking, Wi-Fi, Business Center, Access to Fitness Center & Arcade, Kid's activities, Hotel Guest Pool & Jacuzzi Tub, and Scheduled Shuttle Service to Universal Orlando, WetNWild, Sea World & Aquatica. Water park admission is sold separately.
For hotel guests who want to purchase a water park day pass:Guests can purchase a day pass for a discounted rate of $5.00 + tax per person, per day at the water resort front desk for admission on the days they choose to use the water resort. Guests will be allowed to purchase up to 6 passes per room, per day at the discounted rate. Any additional passes will be sold at the regular day pass rates. Seasonal water park hours are in effect November 2 through February 10. Hours are subject to change.

The CoCo Key Hotel and Water Park Is located on International Drive, within walking distance to attractions and several restaurants. This Universal and SeaWorld Partner Hotel is 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World theme parks are about 15 minutes away.
The CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort is Orlando’s first canopy-covered water park boasting fourteen slides, four pools, an outdoor children’s interactive play island with giant tipping bucket, pool side entertainment, an outdoor lounge, and a snack bar . Spend a few hours in the 6,000 sq ft. arcade with over 50 video and interactive games. Additional resort amenities include a convenience store, fitness center, business center, childrens club, wireless Internet and complimentary scheduled shuttle to Universal, SeaWorld and Wet n Wild. Several dining options include Tradewinds, Callaloo Grille, Pizza Hut Express, Wet Rooster Bar, and room service for the evening hours.
Each of the 391 well-appointed guest rooms and family suites feature a 37-inch HD TV, mini refrigerator, digital safe, and alarm clock radio. The private bathrooms feature granite showers and countertops and lighted vanities with large mirrors. Additional room amenities include free local calls, coffee and tea makers, and self-controlled air conditioning.
