You will go directly to your assigned property once check-in process is completed by phone or email. Guests must e-mail Johanna@floridafhi.com or call 407-397-9039 during business hours Monday-Friday 0900-600PM EST to obtain check-in instructions and if applicable pay the one time clean up fee. Cleaning fee must be paid directly to property prior to obtaining check-in information.

The Florida Fantasy Homes International is located only minutes from Walt Disney World and the main attractions that distinguish Orlando as one of the top tourist destinations in the world. They are just minutes away from Sea World and Universal Studios Florida, the perfect place for the family dream vacation. The homes are located in various quiet residential resort-style communities some gated with club houses, such as Vista Cay, Encantada, Emerald Island, Bella Vida, Terra Verde, Formosa Gardens, Windsor Hills, and Lake Berkley.
The property features private pool homes that range from three- to seven-bedrooms with private screened-in pool, town homes, and condos from two- to four-bedrooms with community pool. Some of the homes are pet friendly with an additional fee. Barbeque grill, high chair, baby crib, rollaway bed, and cell phones are available upon request (charges apply). Pool heater is also available at an additional charge.
These upscale homes are a perfect place for large families traveling with children and pets and are furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, cable TV, and much more. The condos have shared patio and pool areas. The houses and condos come with everything one needs to cook, sleep, and relax comfortably.
