Redeye Grill derives its name from the infamous late-night flight linking Americas two cultural hubs. The fusion of the two coasts is present both in this grand cafes interior design and its menu. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the fabulous dancing shrimp sushi and raw bar - bookended by two giant bronze dancing shrimp sculptures specially crafted in Italy.
