I have stayed at other hotels in Karol Bagh but this hotel was beyond my expectations. My room as well as the bathroom was very clean !! It was a very good standard hotel in the congested Karol Bagh streets. The staff was very polite and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great stay with Clark & family. I arrived & got pick-up on time by name signboard. Rooms were neat & clean. Food was tasty. Staff were quite friendly. They suggested us good shoping areas. The most interesting thing is Wi-Fi that is complimentary.They have two restaurant & the bamboo restaurant was supreb, we had dinner at night bamboo restaurante. The location was bit craudy but 100% safe. Finally we satisfied with their survices. Thanks Ahmed Mansoor

This is one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. It is located on a dirt road, besides a bombed-out building. The rooms are filthy, the bathroom is a joke. There is no shower curtain, and so you have to carefully pour water over your head with a cup in order not to wet the room. Take your flip-flops with you! The restaurant is filthy as well; there is an acre smell all around.
