Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur

Great location... really! and close to the MRT. The staff was friendly and helpful. THe rooms are a little old and not as large as I expected. I think I would stay here again... but only after staying at the other hotels nearby first.

Very Serviceable hotel on shopping strip with wonderful restaurants 2 minutes away. Restaurants in hotel were adequate but a little disappointing. Some renovations near the pool area but should look lovely when finished. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and generally knowledgable on sites to see and the local area. Great value for money and recommend to stay for families.

Good things - luxuary room, nice bed and lovely swimming pool. i tried breakfast buffet which was also nice. the crews were proactive to help guest. BUT i was cofused to find the lobby since its lobby including one side of the building is totally under renovation which i could not find anywhere until i arrived there. and there is no more twin tower view, you can just see the its tip-tops only since the neighboring new construction which blocks the view is underway.

This hotel was very nice. I couldn"t imaginge statying at a very expensive 5 star hotel when it felt like we already were. My boyfirend and I stayed here on vacation, we added an upgrade that aloud us to have evening cocktails and snacks. We were also able to send our laundry off for dry cleaning. The staff was excellent and took very good care of us. We statyed in a standard room which was very large, nice and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

This was my First trip to K.L. - The Regent provided easy access to all the sites and adventures. The staff was Wonderful as they treated me and my guest with respect and attentiveness. The pool was fantastic and the service outstanding. I was in an Executiv suite and i wouild Highly recomend it as the Executive lounge was truely an experience.
