Anderson Ocean Club & Spa

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean, and we had a beautiful ocean view! We needed a couple of towels, and when we called to request them, I don't think we waited even five minutes. Check in and check out were simple. It was nice to have free parking, and going across the street to the parking garage was no big deal. The kitchen was great, even though we ate out most of the time. (We did keep a few snacks and some pop in the fridge). The bed was very comfortable too. We will definitely be back!

Just wanted to say how wonderful our trip was. We took our 2 year old son for his first trip to the beach and were very happy to say the least with the Sandcastle Hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The amentities were just what we wanted. The lazy river, indoor pool and hot tubs were all very very clean and well maintained. My son had an absolute ball. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The rooms were comfortable and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasurable.

Hotel exterior, lobby and suite were spectacular! High end finishes made our suite feel like home away from home. However, the hotel did have a few shortcomings. The pool area was very small compared to the size of the hotel, somewhat disappointing. The parking deck was across 2 streets, quite a walk from the hotel. Housekeeping service was not up to par with the quality of the hotel. For $* a night, you would expect the floors to be vacuumed daily. There was sand in our master bathroom floor when we arrived. Staff was courteous, and the rooms were well stocked with plenty of towels/washcloths. Even with the shortcomings, it's still the best hotel stay I've had at Myrtle Beach. Well worth the money.

My husband and I went to this hotel for two days and we can't wait to come back again. The staff is very helpful and the facility is wonderful. It was in a great location near Broadway at the Beach. The hotel is very clean and very safe. The only bad thing was that we had to park across the street, but that was just a small inconvenience.

Nice pretty room and hotel but horrible service , i would fire the entire house keeping staff .front desk not very friendly , parking is a hassle must cross a major road to get to and from parking garage .Small pool , no security local teenagers using pool and not staying at hotel.Definatley not 4 1/2 stars ,would not come back.
