The hotel is clean and in a great location but the beds were terribly firm and the tv in the room had bad coloring that couldn't be fixed. Also one drink machine was unplugged and the other was out of everything. And the ice machine wasnt even free. The room was a good price until you realize you'll be nickeled and dimed for everything else.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice balcony views of the strip. Very convenient to everything. Trolley pick up right out front was great. Much better to let the trolley fight the traffic than you. We will be staying here again. We would recommend it to everybody. It is not the Ritz but it was clean and comfortable and efficient. We had a wonderful time.

The room was clean, but had a musky smell to it. Trash cans outside the rooms were never emptied our whole stay of 5 days. Breakfast and breakfast room needs alot of improvement. They do not mention that the fireplace is on a 60 minute timer. We put hanger on door for no maid service, the maid asked us if we wanted any service. We told her no but she still went in our room.
