Adequate
Comfortable, reasonable, breakfast was nice. Rooms couldl use new carpeting as present carpeting was somewhat soiled. Staff was lhelpful.
not so bad
This hotel was a little out-dated and in need of some remodeling, but overall was very clean with spacious rooms. Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The only problem i had was that you could enter the hotel from a side parking lot entrance without a room key. Anyone could potentially enter the building and wander if they wanted.
beautiful hotel
The hotel had a beautiful front lobby. It was very warm and welcoming. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back made the trip to buffalo convenient. The room was cleaned everyday and had fresh towels.
2 Strikes and you are out
The first time I stayed at Millennium I was satisfied with the overall accomodations, not really equal to the price in my opinion, but the bed was comfortable and the room decent. However when I went to take a shower in the morning there was hair in the drain - not a big deal at home but pretty revolting in a hotel (even at half the price). At 6:45 in the morning there were two housekeepers talking very loudly outside my room. This went on for 5-10 minutes. I was already up and packing to go but I would have been upset had I been sleeping in. It was pretty rude and thoughtless to be making so much noise so early. Last night I found 4 other hotels booked solid so I gave Millennium a second chance. The reservation process was quick and easy. They found my record in their system from the previous stay and offered to use the card on file to secure the room. That was very convenient as I was driving as I made the reservation. Check in was fast and in no time I was in my non-smoking room. Well, it used to be a smoking room but they recently attached a no smoking sign to the door. It didn't make it smell any better. In the bathroom my amenities awaited. A tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner (a 2-for-one!) a wrapped bar of soap and an UNWRAPPED BAR OF USED SOAP. My neighbor's wake up call sounded at 5:30 AM and rang every 4 seconds for more than 30 minutes despite 2 calls to the front desk. In summary, the housekeeping staff was subpar. The ""manager"" and his front desk staff did nothing to demonstrate even the SLIGHTEST concern at my displeasure. Not ever going back.
Nice hotel!
We stayed at the Millennium after a full day of shopping. The front desk clerk was really professional and checked us in quickly. We ate at the restaurant and the waitress had great ideas for dinner. We had a nice room and comfy beds. We definitely will return to the Millennium!
