Baymont Inn and Suites Knoxville

We felt this hotel was a good deal. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the rates were low. We'd stay here again

I booked this stay online because we were going to NC to visit our grandchildren and wanted to stay half way to our destination so we would be well rested. This Baymont Inn was very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Check out was extremely easy and we were on our way to a great visit after being very well rested without any undo stress caused by staying here, which is not always true at every place we stay. No problems, quiet, clean and very inducive to a great stay. Would definetly stay again even if we chose to vacation in this area, this would be our pick. Jerri Inkenbrandt

We arrived at 2 pm to check-in and were told to come back in an hour because our room hadn't been cleaned yet. At 3 pm, we were told again that our room was not clean and to return in another hour or so. The front desk clerk, was one of the rudest people we have ever had to deal with. There is NO WAY we will ever stay at this hotel again.

RESERVED ROOM ONLINE, I LIVE 2 MILES AWAY, JUST TAKE MY SON TO MOTELS WITH INDOOR POOLS SOMETIMES FOR A GET AWAY. OUR ROOM WAS FILTHY, CARPET AND EVEN THE WALLS HAD STAINS ON THEM, BATH TUB HAD MOLD IN CORNERS. I NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT MUCH, BUT I DID BECAUSE MY ROOM WAS SUCH A MESS, IT WAS NEAT, JUST NASTY. THE GUY WORKING.. AND I'M SURE PART OR FULL OWNER, ONLY OFFERED ME 1/2 OF A REFUND, I DIDN'T EVEN SIT ON THE BED, AND WAS ONLY OFFERED 1/2....I LEFT AND WENT TO MY USUAL MOTEL ACROSS THE STREET, TEN MORE BUCKS, BUT WOW...WHAT A DIFFERENCE.. STAY THERE NOT THIS DUMP.

The hotel was nice for the money. I wouldn't say it was ""Hampton Inn"" nice, but it was decent. The battery was dead in the lock to my parent's room, but rather than move us, they ""hard keyed"" us in and my dad had to cut through my room the entire stay. It was quiet, there were plenty of towels, soaps and room. Free wireless internet was included, as was a nice, free breakfast. Safe location, nice staff, comfortable beds. I'd stay again.
