Crowne Plaza Galleria

When we arrived at the hotel, no one really offered to help us with our bags, we were extremely tired and we were expecting a warm and friendly welcome, but it seemed to me that the staff were trying to avoid us, first off i booked an Club Executive Room so I was expecting much better treatment ;with the price I paid; but instead no one was really helpful, there were 2 hotel boys but none offered at least to lift a heavy suitcase when i was having trouble lifting it up the stairs towards the check in, then when I was at the check in counter no one really seemed to give importance to our reservation and just told us to go up the 19th floor and do our check in at the club lounge, when we reached the club lounge, the girl just casually confirmed our reservation and once again just told us to go to room 1903 without even offering again to have someone help us with our bags, and the people there thought that I knew how to navigate around the hotel like the back of my hand, and the biggest insult was when my girlfriend tried to ask the security guard to hail us a cab but the guard just impatiently pointed to a taxi and said "THERE" in a very rude and impolite manner not even offering to open the door for my girlfriend, so many things I would like to say about their quality but this comment box is only giving me until 300 characters so i just wanna say that Food and Room Quality was superb 5 stars indeed, but the service quality seemed like something from a 2 bit motel

I was overwhelmed and so amazed and impressed by the caring and kind attention and personal customer service and responses I always received durimg our stay in Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila. Plus on our arrival and during our stay right up to our departure all the staff were exceptionally caring, responsive and genuinely keen to help and to provide excellence of service and hospitality. We were treated like royalty all the time and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and spacious with two televisions, mini bar and bath and shower and seperate toilet all in luxurious and relaxing decor. The whole experience was fantastic and the Reception Staff, Restaurant Staff and Cleaning/Domestic staff were all supreme and friendly and so helpful. The location and facilities were great and as my wife spent a few days travelling back and forward to her family home as well as some days accompanied by me, it was really handy for me to be able to visit the excellent Robinson's Shopping mall directly via the corridors of the hotel. All the security staff manning the Hotel/Mall access areas were always so friendly, polite and patient. Excellent.

this hotel is thus far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at.the people working the front desk are just the worst ive ever dealt with .i dont know if they understand english or just plain stupid.iam a filipino and i tried to relate to them in english and in tagalog, they still could not understand my message . secondly i was quoted $124/a night, but when i checked out sunday morning to catch my flight, i was charged$256/ a night. no one could explain to me why my rate went up. i really did not want to stay to argue my case cause i had to catch my flight.its ok they may have overcharged me this time but i will assure u that none of my families or friends that i know will ever stay in this hotel. thats a promise.gud luck to this hotel in ripping off balikbayans and other guests.i hope that this comments ive made will help other tourist to make a decision not to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is attached to a mall and another mall is close by. It is also located approx 30 mins from the international airport (if there is no traffic). Other tourist destination is also close by. Even though the room I stayed at was for handicapped, it was still nice and newly renovated. Overall experience was great.

Our experience of staying at Crowne Plaza was remarkable, and the whole staff were commendable for their very accomodating and pleasant personalities.
