I have stayed at Renaissance Mumbai at least 5 times over last few years. The same front desk and hotel employees are there year after year. The hotel has excellent security which is good since the bombings in 2008. The hotel's fitness center is huge and is available 24/7. The dining options at the hotel are very good.

The location/ambience is fantastic... almost feels like a resort in heart a city like Bombay! No mean achievement!Wish they had wi fi in the rooms - a massive drawback for business travelers.Could do with more restaurants.
