Cresthill Suites Hotel Albany

The Crest Hill suites give you lots of room but fill it with old furniture, a saggy bed, basic fixtures and all permeated, inside the room and through the halls with an overdose of Fabreeze, odor mask. For the price, for one night, it is tolerable but with newer, better appointed options all around it was just disappointing. They have several doors to the parking lot all on swipe cards to enter. I came in at 10:30 pm and one was propped open with a door mat. I closed it. When I left at &:00 the next ,orning it was propped open again. Not very secure.

Our group stayed here and found this hotel to be very convenient and in excellent condition. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

This place serves it purposes, but you will be constantly reminded that it is budget hotel, from the heavy wear and tear in a relatively new hotel, to the rock hard beds, to the workout facility which was a complete joke. If you need space and a small kitchen and don't mind paying extra for it, this is the place for you.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Cresthill. The rooms were nice, large, and clean. The welcome basket was nice, continental breakfast in the morning, Monday thru Thursday they even do complimentary snacks during the dinner hour w/drinks, complimentary laundry service, and complimentary internet service, also. Although, the internet service was down our entire stay. It's still a nice perk. Would highly recommend this establishment. A good deal for all that you get.

I HAD A ONE BEDROOM SUITE THAT WAS LIKE A MINI APARTMENT, VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. THE FIRST DAY WELCOME BASKET WAS A NICE SURPRISE. THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL FOR FAMILIES OR ANYONE THAT WILL BE STAYING A FEW DAYS AND NEEDS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
