Outstanding hotel in the heart of Shibuya!
The location, service and rooms were excellent. I have been to many hotels in Tokyo and I must say that this one is outstanding in all areas---from the front desk employees to the porters. The room size was very large and the view was amazing. The Shibuya train station was just a few minutes walk--there is a second floor walkway that goes across the street, which makes it very convenient to get to the station without going up and down the stairs! In addition, there is a 24-hour 7 Eleven store on the second level where you can purchase just about everything you need for your stay. The concierge was extremely helpful in mapping out directions to places we wanted to get to--either by foot or train and subway. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one and I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity.
THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED ON THIS HOTEL
I would highly recommend this hotel. Get the deal to stay on FL33+ get free breakfast and 1/2 to the gym- ""tea times""-well worth it. PROS: Gorgeous Hotel in the BEST possible location in Shibuya (trendy, young artist crowd; drug culture though- one person passed out in the street and the police couldn't even get him to wake up; another girl was oddly sitting in the middle of the street with cake on her face for hours)- still I felt perfectly safe. Eager Service w/limited English. Amazing Views; Large bathroom w/TV sound-nice! Well thought out yet somehow they forgot a switch to a fan! Safe in the room. CONS: THEY NICKEL AND DIME YOU- $36 USeach for a limited but quality breakfast (free w/package 33rd floor) Porters swarm you- most ""Japanese"" don't expect a tip- others just might! Gym (pool/weights) 2100 Yen per person daily (half if you get the higher floor rate package). Hard to locate too. I thought this was a total rip off BUT actually the pool / hot tub / sauna is fantastic. Locker room has blow dryers, clothes spinner (removes water), free toothbrushes, combs, razors, etc! The charge keeps the crowds out- nice and private! They don't validate transfers from Nakita airport- about $30 each way per person- 1 hr ride. No fan in the bathroom. No top sheet...its part of the comforter- gets washed separately- apparently a Japan thing. They don't wash linens, towels daily to save on water ""if you stay multiple days."" Small shampoo bottles- it was pulling teeth to ask for more in English...just got a blank smile. Air conditioning was hit and miss in the halls. Room AC was ok but I like it colder- 68Fmax. Business center CHARGES 500+ Yen for 15minutes- plain room with 2 small laptops-ridiculous.

40th Floor- enough said!
This restaurant/bar ""on the right side"" is phenomenal. You MUST reserve a window seat if you want one of the best views of your life- only about 5 of these tables and they go fast. Get there around 7pm if you want to save a little- the menu upgrades at 8pm sharp (caution- they will tell this to you at your table in front of your guests...ask them to exercise a little more discretion). Do the free Tea Time on the 35th floor- it's free if you get the 33rd floor package option. Great service.
Wonderfull

Tokyo motor show.
A once in a lifetime to see if you like automobile.\nA one of a kind.
Excellent location for the Omotesando (design/fashion) area. Very impressive views. ""Promotional rate"" was excellent value for such a good hotel in the center of Tokyo.
