Hilton Indianapolis

...this place was GREAT - especially the room. Upgrade to a deluxe queen double bed. It's worth it. My only complaint was that we had hung our room service card outside of our room hours before the deadline for a nice, hot breakast in the morning, and they never picked it up. When we called down to see what the problem was, it turns out that it was "forgotten" and that the staff for that shift for our floor was new. The earliest they could get us our meal would have been an hour from the time we called, which was too late. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if it wasn't the New Year's Day and we had been really looking forward to that treat.

Stayed at Hilton on Aug 22 went to room and window was broke requested another room which Robert did but very rudely. Went swimming the same day pool light fell out of pool concerned about this, but they said electricity was turned off. Ate at both restaurants, over priced and food was lacking quality. Food at Mccormick & Schmicks was all pre-made nothing fresh and tasted terrible for a family of 4 costed $. The 120 West Fresh Market breakfast buffet was extremly bad, cold food all over. If a food inspector would have been there they would have shut it down. Very dissapointed I work hard for my money and last time I stayed here it was great, but has really went downhill on service.

This hotel is perfect for a family. We come here often for our kids sporting events. They are very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are huge and give a family plenty of space. The restaurant has a nice buffet breakfast. AND it is right downtown in Indy.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Hilton. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely foyer. Our room was very nice and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable; we slept like babies. Our only disappointment was that there was no refrigerator in the room. There was a lovely wet bar in the room but it would have been nice to store some cold beverages in a fridge. The hotel is ideally located in the city and once we parked our vehicle we were able to go where ever we wanted to on foot. No need to even take a cab. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is coming to play in Indy.

White River Park

The walk to the White River Park is worth it and the Indianapolis Zoo there is really very nice and the whole zoo can easily be looked at in a couple of hours.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, no one is rushed or put off, from front desk to cleaning agents...everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and every aspect of the hotel was clean, and the location is central to everything in downtown Indy..
