Good tourist class hotel with friendly staff. Clean public spaces and rooms. Food is the only dissapointment; but many good restaurant choices across the street in the plazas. Room maintenance issue was quickly resolved. Been there five years in a row and keep going back.

The hotel was very nosiey, dirty elevators and the food was vengeful. Especially the 'kosher' turkey/bacon. The room had a nice view, and was cleaned well. Typical problems at checkout with extra charges.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The service was always friendly and responsive. We were surprised that we did enjoy the food, mostly appetizers, breakfast and lunch at the hotel. They did a wonderful job of preparing the fish that was caught on our fishing trip .We knew we would be back when we were checking out. We were there for a week and met so many guests that had been going back for years.

We have stay at this hotel at least a dozen times and we will continue to come back. They have great staff and an outstandingcaring general manager.

We stayed here just one night because we were not starting our timeshare until Saturday. We had so much more fun here in one night that the whole week at the time share. Great swim up bar,friendly staff, fun activities and great weather. It is just a great place to stay.
