Aura Cozumel Resort Wyndham Grand Adult Only All Inclusive

Can,t wait to go back. Great rooms, Good food, Super drinks, Very friendly help. Out of the town mess, No children. The best place we have ever stayed!!!!! First time there, looking forward to the second!!!! See you up stairs in the private lap pools WOW!

Stayed at Aura from 9/21 - 9/25. Room and the hotel in general was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort, the resort had all restaurants with no buffets that leave you wondering how long the food has been out. May have been the time of year, but the resort was very quiet and peaceful and our stay was very relaxing. Representatives for rental cars and all kinds of activities were present on site and available to arrange just about anything you wanted to do. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

The rooms were verynice. the private pool (at an additional fee) was worth it. the grounds and rooms were kept extremely well. BUT, the all inclusive package with food was overpriced, as the food was mediocre. only one restaurant at the site, another one in alternate location of the propery, but a bit of a hassle. Food in other all inclusive hotels in mexico have been better. Renting a moped for the day is a MUST in this location, to go to the nature park close by. that was the highlight of this location, its access at the rest of the island. Customer care at this location is immaculate. though be on time for all Spa appoinments, tardiness does not go well here, even 10 minutes...

Wife and I stayed here July 30,09 to August 5, 2009. I travel around in Mexico especially along the Yucatan. This hotel has to be one of the best in Mexico. The people were outstanding and the food was great. The staff took good care of my wife and I. My wife will drink only a particular scotch, Buchanans. They didnt have it but the captain, X got a bottle. When that bottle was finished they got her another. X was very attentive and brought me beers even when I did not ask. The dive shop is right out by the water and set me up with great dives to famous Palancar reef. The pier at the hotel was alot of fun. Good snorkeling there. The boats will pick you up at the pier to go diving or fishing. Mexico is famous for its cement beds. The beds here were very good. I like kids but this all adult hotel made for a more peaceful hoilday. Wife spent an afternoon at the spa. Prices at the spa were reasonable. X arranged for a special dinner for my wife's birthday at the end of the pier. Overall great place.

I have to say that this was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was over the top. The poeple who worked there never said "no" to any request. The food was phenomenal and I could have had steak and lobster every night! The rooms were amazing and I'm a bit sad that I didn't spend too much time in mine! The hotel was clean and bright and luxurious! Adults only so no kids to be heard only seen in the distance;. There is a diving shack called Sanddollar, right on the beach. Their staff was also amazing and this was my first time diving. Very reasonable prices for first time divers and excellent instructors. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was all smiles and service. I did not want to leave and my friends and I will definitely be returning next year! If you're looking for something relaxing this is the spot! No need to go out to the clubs because all the fun is had at the hotel. Thanks to all the staff that waited on us hand and foot!
