Ramada Inn Pigeon Forge

Hotel room was clean but could have used some cosmetic updating (places in the carpet/toilet was a little loose at the base). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is awesome, near all of the main attractions and a trolley stop out front. Walking distances to several places to eat. The nights we have stayed there it seems to be a family place atmosphere with a pool for the kids. The breakfast is the normal yogurt, cold cereals, fruit, hard boiled eggs, toast, sweet rolls, Belgian waffles and hot biscuits and gravy. The lady that assisted with the breakfast was very nice and helpful. We found this to be a great value for our money in comparison to the other pet friendly comparable hotels in the area.

Adequate lodging; good location.

We stayed on 12/31 - 1/3/09. We had orig. booked at a sister property but were bumped to this prop.Thank you. We got a free upgrade and were given the suite above the lobby. The room was very clean and very well stocked. The staff were very polite and accomidating. We have booked with them again for our next weeklong stay. This location is right on the trolley stops so we did't even have to drive our car. The only negative would be the internet would not always connect(of course we should have not even been on it during vacation)

We spent 3 days and 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We spent our last trip to Tennessee at the Howard Johnson in Gatlinburg and it is no comparison to the Ramada Inn. The rooms were clean and orderly. The hot water was hot and the cold water was cold. I know that's not asking a lot but I have stayed in hotels that didn't have either. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Sevice was good and extremely friendly. The rooms were cleaned each day by a very friendly staff. The hotel is situated on the strip and is located close to the Dixie Stampede and numerous atractions and places to eat. I plan on staying here again.

Just visited from 8/31/08 to 09/04/08. Completely disappointed with this hotel room. Room smelled like mildew, the carpet stained my 9month old daughters clothes black from crawling on it, the room was missing base boards, the pool was either slimy or bleach ridden. Find something else for your money.
