Moscow Sheraton and Andre
I spent hours on Travel agency reading hotel reviews before selecting the Sheraton Palace in Moscow. One review mentioned that Andre, the concierge, was so helpful that he made the trip extremely enjoyable for them. I wrote to x before booking the Sheraton. We corresponded through several emails and he provided me with many answers about Moscow, venues, transportation, fees, expenses, etc. \n We also trusted the photos that Travel agency provided about the room before we decided to book the Sheraton Palace. We were not disappointed. x welcomed us with open arms, the room was gorgeous, the bathroom impeccable with lots of amenities and the staff was warm and gracious. \n We did not eat at the Sheraton so we cannot provide a rating on the restaurants. However, our room and the hotels accommodations were four star for sure.

Puskin Cafe
This is a charming spot and is open 24 hours a day. It's not inexpensive as it is currently the most sought after restaurant in Moscow. It's about a five block walk from the Sheraton Palace and a great place for any meal. We went for breakfast on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded so we were able to enjoy our food, conversation and take in the atmosphere. - Type:GettingAround Distance: Requires transportation

Airport transportation
When we stayed at the Sheraton Palace, then recommended that we not take the metro from the airport or a cab unless we were extremely familiar with Moscow. We took the concierge's advice and asked him to send a car for us. It is well worth the money. Russians in Moscow are now able to buy just about any car they think they can afford and the streets are jammed packed especially to and from the airport.
