terrible place to stay
This place was aweful. We booked a non smoking room, but our room stunk like cigarette smoke with ashes all over the bathroom floor. When we requested to be moved, we were told the hotel was booked. What a crock, the parking lot was more than half empty. The best advice we got was from the desk clerk, he told us not to eat at the restaurant in the hotel because it stunk. For some reason, I believed him. This place was terrible. Next time I'll spend a little more money and stay somewhere clean!!! Don't bring kids here unless you are used to living in a dump, then you'll be right at home. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Good for the money
I had booked another hotel and it was so sketchy that I had to find somewhere else to stay and I am thankful that this hotel had a room. The customer service was great. The room was clean, furniture a little dated but that didnt bother me at all. Good location getting to downtown stuff and short drive to look out mtn and ruby falls. They have a food place on site but I didnt eat there. Area seemed safe and the free shuttle picks up like right outside.
Need a place fast
Clean and close to downtown. A little loud at times but not troublesome.
Enjoyed our stay
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean. Had a 27" TV, microwave and refrig. Refrigator wasn't working properly upon arrival. Called the front desk and it was fixed immediately. Not fancy but then if it had been I would have had to pay a lot more. Stayed in March so didn't use pool. There is a lounge but didn't visit it either. Hotel just minutes from most attractions and near lots of restaurants.. Food at hotel restaurant was good. Good portion sizes and great service. Got 10% discount due to our staying at the hotel. Very pleased with our stay
Oh well, it was the cheapest room
The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Room was on ground floor and had damp carpet and the bathroom was moldy/dirty - didn't want to get close enough to distinguish. It was convenient to downtown Chattanooga and that's why we picked it. The Cafe was good for breakfast.
