Best experience for the price anywhere.
Everything clean and attractive. Service pleasant and efficient, Bed as good as in any place I have stayed, Room a little small, though.
On a budget? This place is for you.
Only stayed for two nights. According to my cab driver, the hotel undergone major upgrades. The feather down pillows and bed were comfortable. The rooms was across the street from El Dorado park with a scenic view of the ponds, walking trails, and mountains. The jacuzzi was nice and so was the coloring of the rooms. The room was clean except for a handprint on a mirrow that the housekeeper missed. The doors has a deadbolt due to access of the rooms are outside which I felt kinda skeptical about in regards to safety. But keep your doors lock and you will be safe. The staff was helpful. The resturant adjcent to the hotel ""The Avalon"" a bit pricey but the food was great. The resturant had a nice outdoor patio which is nice at night. The location is on the lower end of Scottsdale not on the trendy side but Overall, my stay was pleasant and quiet.
Adequate
Rooms small. Not convenient to any major destination in Scottsdale/Tempe. Old hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Plenty of parking. Nice pool area. Nice in-room bathrobes. Comfy bed. Excellent price. Would stay here again.
Very nice place
Great place to stay and relax. Only thing is that you can hear your neighbor next door either having a good time or in a heated discussion.Having a room pool side was great Would definitely stay again.
this place is awesome!!!
I have stayed here twice now on two different occasions. This place is so nice. It's clean, safe, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are upscale and very stylish with fun funky colors of orange and brown. I can't say enough. I look forward to my next stay in Phoenix so I can stay at the 3 Palms. The king jacuzzi room is a real treat for sure!
