I had to be in mumbai and was very worried as my children are prone to unhigenic enviroment, but all that worries gone being here, toooo good.

I stayed in the Sahara Star hotel twice on this trip. It was the best I have ever visited in my travels around the world. Great Rooms, Breakfast was the best, and customer service was over the top. I will make it a point to stop in Mumbai when ever possible just to enjoy the stay. Very close to the airport. You would never know from the outside what you would find on the inside. They are doing construction so the outdoor pool was closed but all inside venues were the best. Great for a romantic get away with your special someone.

Enjoyed the stay. Service was good. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Very convenient location. Restaurants were excellent. Highly reccommend it.

The staff of the hotel are like vultures waiting for tips and asking for tips. The bed is hard as a rock, and the hotel is very loud. There was music playing 24 hours a day, where rooms are located. We requested the hotel staff to turn the music down but the music kept on playing. We requested the hotel staff and the duty manager to refund the money back to us as we had decided to go to a different hotel, but the staff refused. This was a nightmare for us, we checked out of the hotel and checked into a different hotel, foregoing our money for four days.

I booked this hotel online and I would like to thank travel website. Its the very best Hotel I ever had stayed in India. The Service and the Rooms where uptodate,very good service by the front desk,restaurant, etc etc. I will sure go back to this hotel again when I am in Mumbai, I will give this Hotel 100%.
