Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

The registration person was pleasant and helpful. Check in was quick.Our room was clean and attractive. The resort was clean. We were able to have an early check in. We did not need to go to the desk for check out. We would go again.

I stayed at the resort while attending a conference. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. The decor in the room was nice. I also liked the design of the resort grounds (a little walking is required), but very peaceful. I especially liked the location of the two swimming pools, even the two hammocks. One evening I had an issue with the thermostat in my room, and as soon as I called the front desk, the technician arrived and resolved the issue immediately.

Great Hotel for the money. We enjoyed the hotel being spread out we walked along the lake, and enjoyed a nice walk to the pools. The casual restaurant was confusing, you go up to a food station of your choice with a white card and order food to be cooked, the other restaurant was very expensive, mexican theme, so we went to a mexican restaurant off premises. They have a large pool with slides and beautiful water fall and a quieter pool with no slides. Both were nice. The workout facility was also sufficient. The hotel is built around separate courtyards. Nice landscaping. We do want to comeback again. Great value.

We paid extra for a waterview room and we asked at checkin if we had a waterview and they said yes, but we did not have a waterview, when I called they told me they upgraded me to a two room suite and the lady at the desk just didn't know. The suite was big (but dark)with two bathrooms which was a big plus. It was a very spread out hotel. We were so far away from the main pool, we called for a cart which they gave us no problem. We called for a crib four times and waited almost 4 hours at night for it. They finally brought it. This hotel is so big, Its like a city in inself. The room service was super slow and the food was really lousy. They had a fridge in the room so bring your own. They had many handicap facilites, but it was so big, I can't recommend for special needs. We seemed to miss the shuttle each time. I would stay at a hotel that has the monorail next time.

I've traveled a lot but never have been to a hotel where they check your bags in at the airline for you. They give you the airline baggage tag, the bellman takes your luggage, and you don't see it again until you arrive at your destination airport. I'm spoiled. Do it again. Oh yes,the rooms were great and so was the pool and the lake in the middle of the property. Nice to walk around and enjoy.
