We booked online, expecting an excellent hotel.. to our surprise this by far has to be the WORST hotel i have ever stayed in my life! WOuld have been better off in a motel! The rooms were too small, smelled bad, and poor service! the waterpark isn't even worth the time.. One word- GHETTO! never again..

For over $* a night you'd expect carpets that aren't badly stained, rooms that are bigger than oversized closets and a free continential breakfast. So you'll have to look elsewhere because they're not to be found here

Despite the previous reviews, we found this hotel quite comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The waterslide was a great source of entertainment for our children! Even better, there is a restaurant right onsite.

The staff was NOT helpful. We got to our room and all doors were dirty from the floor up. The bathroom I wouldn't take my shoes off to shower, stains on the carpets, crud and dirt dripping from walls and ceiling. We sat on the bed and the matress was higher on each side of us. We went to the desk and told them we were leaving and we had to pay to leave cos we had sat on the bed!! Complained to head office and got our money back that was the only good thing about the hotel. Needs to be bulldozed and start with a whole new building.
