April 2009 Trip to Singapore
There was pests control issues and the service was generally great but there is a manager in the Valley Wing by the name Sandro who was very impolite and lacks proper customer service training so that negate the hard work of their service team. Since Sandro is a manger and that makes recommending this hotel to other customers very hard and I know I will not patronize that hotel again.
It was excellent and most comfortable experience. Right from the doorstep to the gym i'm greeted with warm and friendly smiles and its wonderful. Running on the treadmill, i just couldn't resist the lovely scenery surrounded by greeneries.The room is a bit pricy but its all worth it. Not forgetting the superb buffet spread at the Line you must try!!
