When we arrived, we were told there was no room for us even though we had our confirmation sheet. They could not give us a room becasue they were fully booked. We only got a room because couple after us had been given 2 rooms. They were going to give us one of theirs, becasue the hotel was going to charge them 50% cancellation fee. Our room was fine if you okay with out a window! The next day the front desk told us that we were going to have to pay double to get a room for 2 people even though our reservation was for a double room.
